Ah, the joys (and terrors) of technology! The concept of color should not be this complex in this age. I am glad to hear that your laptop can faithfully handle color spaces from sRGB to ProPhoto. A new monitor I purchased, an NEC PA271W, is gorgeous on all accounts but one. When I export an image to use on the Web the color shifts dramatically. The wide gamut display problem seems to be well documented, but I missed the relevant posts.

The other tools you mentioned are quite interesting. I have not been able to develop the skill to dictate, I wish I could. I seem to be able to think ahead and type the current thought but not think ahead and talk the current thought. You are lucky to have developed that skill.

Enjoy the journey, I am very curious to hear about your adventures.

These statistics and the current emphasis on individualized medicine might suggest that, if a community can afford high tech health care, it doesn’t need to invest in parks, bikeways, tobacco-free homes and workplaces, access to affordable fruits and vegetables, and the other health promoting environments.2 But the data demonstrate that the path to health for every community and every individual, rich and poor alike requires health-promoting physical and social environments.
